I currently offer the following fretted instrument. I am also happy to discuss earlier triple-fretted instruments, typically C/E-c3, as well as other later five-octave models.

Anonymous double-fretted clavichord.

The compass of this instrument probably dates it from around the middle of the 18th century, but it is still small, and easily portable. Because of the fretted design, there will be a handful of pieces that can't be played as written, but it is capable of playing the vast majority of the literature.

Specifications:
C-e3, chromatic, A-415. Case of varnished hardwood, or pine with painted finish. A stand is available as an option. 114 x 36 cm (45 x 14 in).
